Social Work Position
Required Certifications & Licenses: MSW or LCSW + ND Licensure. No clinical involvement. Number of patients treated per day varies depending on location (95 per month). Common diagnosis/types of patients: Renal Failure (Dialysis Center). Years of experience required: 1. Previous travel experience: not required. Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Outpatient. Areas required to cover: KDU - Dialysis Center 3 locations. OT Manager/Supervisor on each shift: Departmental Manager and Director. Staffing of Rehab Aides: COTAs? N/A. Shifts & Scheduling: 8a-5p, depending on travel or tele visit options for sister locations in Williston and Turtle Lake. Self-scheduling or Block scheduling: No. Weekend Requirements: None. Holiday Requirements: None. Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business casual professional for meetings. Unit/department specific orientation: 1 week with a preceptor available throughout the assignment. Position will require travel or tele visits for 2 additional sister locations - Williston and Turtle Lake. Radius Rule: 50 miles and candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
