Provides services to patients and their families to deal with needs incidental to their hospitalization. Provides counseling, support and assistance in making transition plans. Provides direction for routine aspects of non-medical problems of patients and their families. Assists with the planning and post-discharge of patients with outside agencies, nursing staff, and relatives.
requirement :
This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization / successfully completed a contract. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used. No RTO is allowed. The listed start date is firm.Auto Offer EPIC BACKFILL, Day Shift - 40 hours per week (8x5's).
