Job description
Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a school social worker in a collaborative educational environment near Ypsilanti, MI. Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct support and interventions to elementary students facing social, emotional, or behavioral concerns.

Conduct assessments and facilitate referrals to community resources as needed.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and develop student support plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
Additional Information: Full-time schedule preferred; part-time availability can be considered based on applicant needs.
