Qualifications and Description for a Social Worker LSW / CSW:
PA Social Worker CSW / LSW License
Conduct Social Service Assessments and Documents According to State and Federal Regulations
Provide Psychosocial Assessments and Relevant Parts of Minimum Data Set (MDS)
Counseling Residents
Gerontology / Nursing Home Experience Preferred
