Job description

Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or School Social Worker certification, as required by the state of Illinois
Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload
Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling to students with diverse needs
Develop and implement intervention plans in coordination with teachers and families
Conduct assessments to identify social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
Liaise with teachers, staff, and outside agencies to ensure comprehensive student support
Assist in crisis intervention and act as a resource for staff regarding behavioral health issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
