Social Worker, MSW, Renal (days, 7:30am-4:30pm) in ID
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker with an MSW degree to join our Renal team. This role offers day shifts from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities: Provide psychosocial support to patients with renal conditions
Conduct assessments and develop care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Advocate for patient needs and rights
Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Licensed Social Worker in the state of Idaho
Experience working with renal patients is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
