Job Summary
Responsible for the delivery of professional complex services to patients and patients families within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Qualifications
Education
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Masters degree in Social Work
Experience:
Preferred
Two years of experience in Social Work Services
Two years of Counseling experience
Certification/Licensure:
Required
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
SAFE Approach Level III
Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
