Job Summary
Responsible for the delivery of professional complex services to patients and patient's families within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Qualifications
Education
* Required
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Master's degree in Social Work
Experience:
* Preferred
* Two years of experience in Social Work Services
* Two years of Counseling experience
Certification/Licensure:
* Required
* Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
* SAFE Approach Level III
Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
