Social Worker, Social Worker - Social Worker, Vallejo, California
Key Responsibilities
- Identify people and communities in need.
- Assess clients' needs, situations, and strengths.
- Conduct family interviews.
- Prepare assessments per standards.
- Offer information and support.
- Organize support packages.
- Recommend appropriate interventions.
- Make referrals to agencies.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Provide crisis intervention.
Certifications/Requirements - Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.
- Bachelor's degree minimum in social work or related field.
- CPR/BLS certification.
Experience - Bachelor's degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program minimum.
- 1+ years professional social work experience.
- 2+ years supervised clinical practice for LCSW credential.
- State licensure examination.
