Job description
Stanford University’s Department of Linguistics invites applications for a tenure-track appointment in Sociolinguistics at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor beginning September 1, 2027. Candidates must hold a Ph.D.
in Linguistics or a related field, demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring, and maintain an active, world-class research program that uses fieldwork and quantitative data.
