Restoration Project ManagerSERVPRO of Dover/Stillwater is hiring a Restoration Project Manager. As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsManage our Esporta soft goods cleaning machineManage and oversee the entire soft goods restoration divisionAdditional Responsibilities:Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesPosition Requirements:Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experiencePrevious experience in soft goods a plus example being dry cleaner or laundry mat manager, or soft goods delivery and pick up companies.Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularlyAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
