Position Overview

We are seeking a Builder / Builder Lead to deliver technology solutions for healthcare payer clients using a no-code, configuration-driven platform.

This role is ideal for a full-stack engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems but wants to work beyond traditional application development. You will partner with client IT teams and internal product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations, API integrations, and workflows.

While the role is configuration-focused rather than coding-intensive, strong software engineering fundamentals are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements from client IT teams and translate them into technical solutions.

Configure workflows, business logic, and API integrations within the company's no-code platform.

Determine API calls, parameters, response handling, and application workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve production and implementation issues.

Collaborate with product analysts, product managers, and platform engineering teams.

Create reusable implementation standards, patterns, and best practices.

Provide technical guidance to other Builders and take ownership of complex client challenges.

Required Qualifications

2-4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience across front-end and back-end technologies.

Strong understanding of modern front-end concepts and technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Next.js.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, including requests, responses, parameters, and status codes.

Ability to understand how front-end applications, back-end services, and APIs interact.

Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and solutions.

Strong debugging, production support, and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of application and system architecture.

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with client IT teams.

Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in U.S. healthcare, particularly the payer/health insurance space.

Experience with low-code, no-code, or configuration-driven platforms.

Client-facing implementation or solutions engineering experience.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development/productivity tools.

Experience developing technical standards, reusable patterns, or implementation playbooks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

What Makes Someone Successful

The strongest candidates combine software engineering fundamentals with an analyst and solutions mindset. They can quickly learn new technology, independently solve ambiguous problems, communicate effectively with technical clients, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Why Join?

High-impact role with direct ownership of client delivery.

Exposure to a growing product-based technology environment.

Opportunity to develop deep expertise in the U.S. healthcare industry.

Work at the intersection of engineering, product, solutions, and client delivery.

Exposure to modern no-code and AI-assisted technologies.

Opportunity to help define standards and best practices for a growing team.
