Role Overview Contribute real-world software development expertise that helps train next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on digital innovation, using high-quality programming examples, technical explanations, and practical problem-solving approaches to improve how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, maintainable, resilient software solutions using Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and full-stack technologies.
Review code in detail and provide actionable feedback on functionality, performance, and standards compliance.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation that supports architectural decisions and ongoing maintenance.
Help shape software architecture and recommend industry practices that support long-term stability and scalability.
Analyze requirements and deliver efficient, high-quality work aligned with project needs.
Provide real-world programming examples, explanations, and problem-solving approaches for AI training datasets.
Communicate findings, challenges, and solutions clearly in writing and conversation.
Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience as a software developer, consultant, or specialist in Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack development.
Demonstrated ability to design and review complex software architectures and codebases.
Experience producing and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly technical documentation.
Strong code-review experience and the ability to provide constructive, insightful feedback.
Ability to explain complex software concepts clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
Experience working remotely with distributed teams through digital communication tools.
Exposure to AI, machine learning concepts, or technology training datasets is a plus.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Compensation $60 to $75 per hour.
