Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Full Stack Software Developer to join our talented engineering team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge applications that drive efficiency and intelligence across enterprise systems.
Your contributions will play a vital part in transforming legacy systems into modern, scalable microservices architectures while leveraging the latest AI tools and frameworks.

Required Skills
Proven expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, and building RESTful APIs and microservices
Hands-on experience with Python applications using FastAPI and asynchronous programming
Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and database design
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and DevOps practices
Knowledge of security frameworks like OAuth2, JWT, Active Directory, and TLS
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with AI/ML integrations and large language model workflows (Lang Graph, LangChain)
Experience with cloud-native development and modernization projects
Familiarity with state machine patterns and workflow orchestration
Knowledge of mapping libraries like LeafletExperience with enterprise security architectures and cross-platform security implementations
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience within a collaborative Agile environment
Prior experience working on AI-powered applications and microservices architecture
Other Requirements
Ability to work onsite in Brookfield, WI, at least 3 days a week
Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mindset
Willingness to participate in modernization initiatives and continuous learning
