Overview
AWS Neuron Software Development Manager role at Annapurna Labs leading the Deep-Learning Compiler team. In this Manager III role, you will lead a team of compiler software engineers in the design and development of a machine learning compiler, drive execution, and mentor your engineers. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on AWS's machine learning infrastructure and bring new products and features to market.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of ML compiler solutions for AWS Neuron.
Drive execution plans, feature development, and optimization techniques.
Mentor and grow a team of compiler software engineers.
Lead hardware bring-up of next-generation chips and influence pre-silicon design.
Collaborate with product management and other teams to deliver impactful ML acceleration features.
Basic Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of engineering team management experience
Experience partnering with product management
Strong knowledge of developing and/or managing simulation software
Solid understanding of compilers (resource management, instruction scheduling, code generation, and compute graph optimization)
Preferred Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience with and deep learning models and algorithms
Experience with LLVM, LMIR
Interactions with open-source communities
