Software Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)
Full Stack | AI-Driven Platform | Early-Stage Startup
On-site in Atlanta, GA (5 days/week) | Equity + Bonus Eligible (paid relo for the right candidate)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and launch full-stack applications rapidly using Python, Go, React, and TypeScript
Integrate AI and automation into your daily work—creating systems that do more with less
Ship quickly—test, learn, iterate, and improve
Participate in early architecture decisions shaping the company's foundation
Work autonomously, thrive in ambiguity, and be a key cultural contributor as one of the first engineers

What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
Proficiency across the stack; strong backend skills (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and frontend experience (React, TypeScript, Next.js a plus)
Startup mindset—proactive, independent, and energetic about fast-paced work
Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer impact
Bonus: Experience with LLMs, AI tools, or prompt engineering
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably from a recognized program
Equity + up to 90% bonus potential
On-site in Atlanta—collaborative environment believing in in-person idea sharing
