Job Description
Lead technical efforts supporting an enterprise IT model focused on talent, learning/training compliance, foreign-language development, recruiting, selection, and performance management .
Key Requirements
* Lead a technical team and communicate directly with the Sponsor.
* TS/SCI with Polygraph
* Strong Java development experience.
* Hands-on AWS/cloud development and environment management.
* Experience modernizing and maintaining web applications, systems, APIs, databases, and services .
* Ability to recommend solutions that improve UX/UI, delivery speed, quality, modernization, and O&M costs .
* Experience with COTS products, especially ServiceNow .
* Knowledge of the full system accreditation lifecycle .
* Experience managing Tier 1-3 IT support through service-management systems.
* Develop IT documentation such as SOPs, workflows, knowledge bases, deployment checklists, architecture diagrams, security plans, and administrative procedures .
* Manage enterprise software lifecycle activities, including patching, upgrades, and license renewals .
* Experience applying Agile methodology and accessibility standards .
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with the Sponsor and partner IT organizations .
* Learning-management applications.
* Language, compliance, and performance-management applications.
* Networking and platform-hosting technologies.
