Job description
Symple Lending is seeking a Software Engineer - Conversational AI to power our AI-driven customer engagement platform. You will design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure and REST APIs that support real-time contact center operations, including call routing and outbound campaigns.
You will work with TypeScript, AWS services, and conversational AI tools such as ElevenLabs and Zoom Virtual Agent, writing tests with TDD and shaping scalable APIs that meet business needs.
