About the job
Our client is a fast-growing healthcare AI startup building communication infrastructure for modern healthcare organizations. Their AI agents go beyond answering patient calls—they complete healthcare communication workflows end to end. The platform has already handled hundreds of thousands of patient interactions across virtual-care companies, health systems, and a major $5B health insurance company.
Role: We are looking for strong Full-Stack Software Engineers with approximately 2–6 years of professional experience who have demonstrated the ability to build and ship real production products.
Responsibilities
Build and operate production full-stack features for AI-powered healthcare communication.
Develop products across frontend and backend systems.
Integrate with EHRs, healthcare systems, APIs, and real-time voice infrastructure.
Work closely with product, design, and senior engineers.
Take features from idea/requirements through production.
Improve application reliability, scalability, and performance.
Participate in technical discussions and code reviews.
Core Technical Profile
Preferred experience with:
TypeScript
Node.js
React
PostgreSQL
Full-stack product development
Production application development
APIs and backend systems
Experience with LLMs, AI applications, voice AI, healthcare technology, or EHR integrations is a plus but is not mandatory.
