Job description
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications and microservices.
This role involves leading a team of developers, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to security and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS ECS deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-level application development.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing CIS API applications to understand functionality.
Gather requirements and prepare detailed analysis documentation.
Deploy microservices into AWS ECS environment using Jenkins pipelines.
Conduct code reviews in compliance with organizational standards.
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java applications.
Architect complex software solutions aligned with business requirements.
Oversee development of microservices, RESTful APIs, and enterprise-level applications.
Perform unit testing and defect fixes across releases.
Review VeraCode and Wiz scan reports for security vulnerabilities and ensure remediation.
Maintain documentation for all microservices.
Provide technical assistance to team members facing application-related challenges.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Java development and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of AWS ECS and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Experience in RESTful API development and enterprise-level applications.
Familiarity with security scanning tools such as VeraCode and Wiz.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
