Job description
Lead an agile team in designing and developing scalable software applications and distributed systems across web, mobile, and AI-powered products. Focus on building secure agentic AI platforms and driving outcome-based engineering to deliver member value and business results.
Requirements:
Requires 10+ years of experience in building high-performance software and distributed systems, with hands-on expertise in AI/LLM tools and security fundamentals. A bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred, along with strong presentation skills and a grasp of API and event-driven architectures.
