About the Role
A fast-growing startup building creator tools is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale core product features on a modern TypeScript stack. You'll own features end to end, from system architecture and backend APIs to polished UI. You'll work directly with founders, product, design, and AI teammates.
This is a great fit for engineers with 2-5 years of experience who think in systems, care about the product, and like to ship fast without cutting corners.
Onsite in Lower Manhattan, NYC
Must-Haves
Strong proficiency in TypeScript
Hands-on experience with React (Next.js a big plus)
Experience building backend services and APIs with Node.js or Python
Strong systems design experience : architecting scalable services, data models, and APIs, and making smart tradeoffs as a product grows
What You'll Do
Design and build full-stack features with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
Architect scalable backend services, APIs, and data models for creator workflows
Make system design decisions around performance, reliability, and scale
Build responsive, polished UI components with a sharp eye for UX
Integrate AI-powered functionality and third-party services into the platform
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and take part in code reviews
Keep improving performance, usability, and developer workflows
What We're Looking For
2-5+ years of professional software engineering experience
A solid grasp of modern frontend architecture and component-driven development
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
A product mindset and genuine love for building user-facing tools
You do well in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment
Prior startup experience
