Job description
As a ServiceNow Developer / Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing IT Service Management (ITSM) and custom applications with a strong focus on automation and process efficiency. The role involves customizing and managing ITIL-aligned modules such as Service Catalog, CMDB, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Change Management, while also driving IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations and practice maturity.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop ITSM and custom applications with automation.
Customize and manage ITIL modules including Service Catalog, CMDB, HRSD, and Change Management.
Work on ITOM implementation and practice development. Implement Gen AI solutions and automate workflows.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer and Information Science or Equivalent +1 year of experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
