Job Summary:

In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers, adapting to evolvingprioritiesandtechnical challenges. This positionprovidesan excellentopportunityto expand technicalexpertiseand gainhands-onexperiencecontributingtoourcore softwareproducts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute todesign,development andmaintainSoftware Management and Diagnostic Tools.
Buildautomatedsoftwaresolutionsforprovisioning, monitoring,configuration andtroubleshooting across data center platforms.
Assistin configuring, running, and analyzing software and system performance benchmark workloads.
Troubleshoot software, automation, and integration issues and develop permanent solutions to improve reliability and maintainability.
Maintain technical documentation, APIs, and operational procedures for developed software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions addressing real-world system management and operational requirements.
Continuously evaluatenew technologiesand AI-assisted approaches to improve software development efficiency, diagnostics, and operational workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Master'sdegree preferred).
1+ years of experiencein Software Engineering.
Strong Programming skills: Python; React/JavaScript/TypeScript/Redux toolkit; Ansible; Shell scripting
Nice to have: K8s, Docker, Git, LLMs, AI Agent frameworks (LangChain,CrewAI), AIassisteddevelopment tools (Cursor)
Foundational understanding of software architecture, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
Experience withLinux/Unixoperating systems.
Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range
$100,000 - $115,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
