Evaluate technical approaches, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs and provide reliable estimates.

Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, Security, Operations, Support, and other engineering teams.

Build secure, performant, maintainable, observable, and well‑tested software.

Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and peer code reviews.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver durable solutions.

Create clear technical documentation, including designs, APIs, data models, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.

Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development, testing, debugging, documentation, estimation, and productivity while validating generated output.

Continuously improve system reliability, engineering workflows, and technical quality.

Required Qualifications

Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Experience responsibly using AI‑assisted engineering tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RxJava or functional programming.

Experience with event‑driven architectures, messaging systems, microservices, and distributed computing.
