Job description
Shield AI is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the X-BAT Hardware Test Software team, building and sustaining automated production test stands for avionics and aircraft electrical assemblies.
You will guide Python-based test frameworks, station-control software, data-collection, and pass/fail reporting while partnering with electrical, mechanical, and FPGA groups to ensure reliable production testing.
