We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.

What You Will Do

Lead engineering teams responsible for building Physical AI mission automation, execution/control services, remote control platforms, command validation, state transitions, safety integration points, and machine/gateway integration services.

Collaborate closely with product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to ensure platform capabilities align with long‑term enterprise strategy and evolving customer needs.

Design and develop platform services/APIs with reusability in mind, balancing immediate business needs with future use cases by anticipating and forecasting evolving requirements.

Constantly seek opportunities to improve organizational efficiencies.

Software Development: Proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable, cloud‑native distributed systems, platform services and APIs, and driving engineering best practices across quality, performance, reliability, security, and automation.

Operational Excellence: Ability to detect systemic issues early, manage risk proactively, and drive corrective actions across teams and services.

Top Candidates will have strong background in cloud‑native services, APIs, automation, observability, and production readiness.

Gen AI Assisted Development: Practical experience leveraging AI‑assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot or automated agent workflows) to accelerate code generation, boilerplate reduction, and automated testing across multiple teams.
