Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars seeks a Software Systems Controls Engineer to design, implement, and validate control software for ultra‑luxury vehicle systems. You’ll develop embedded control algorithms, integrate sensors and actuators, and optimize performance, safety, and reliability for chassis, powertrain, and comfort features. Partnering with cross‑functional engineering and manufacturing teams, you’ll create robust models, perform calibration and diagnostics, and support testing from prototype to series production in a craftsmanship‑driven, quality‑focused environment with strong links to BMW Group.
