Job description
Moncler Soho Flagship Store in SoHo seeks a Store Director to lead commercial performance, client experience, operations, and team development. You will drive store-specific strategies, model best-in-class execution, and partner with regional teams to optimize inventory, events, and talent.
You will recruit and coach store leadership, oversee scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, and compliance, and represent the brand in the SoHo luxury community with a focus on training the network.
