Job description
NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Lead Installer to join a solar installation construction crew on site. You will lead a crew through safe, efficient installations, assemble mounting structures, and ensure quality and safety at the job site.
Responsibilities include coordinating inventory, installing modules and electrical gear, applying weather sealing, and mentoring teammates. Prior solar installation or related construction experience is required; strong teamwork and communication are essential.
