Job description
Laborer IMortenson is currently seeking a Laborer I that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.Responsibilities:Load and unload equipment and materialsResponsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other craftsSolar panel installRiggingRacking assemblyTorque tube assemblyPile layoutGeneral cleanup and clearing of debrisAll other duties as assignedQualifications:Experience in construction preferredAbility to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggiesStrong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedbackRepetitive hand, arm, leg movements*Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling: up to 50 lbs.Please note: this position description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
