Medium Voltage (MV) Terminator
B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time MV Terminator to perform high-precision electrical installations and stress control in industrial settings. As an MV Terminator, you will earn $20-40 per hour (depending on experience) . This position offers a steady schedule of 50 hours per week , providing excellent earning potential. This position requires complete travel. Qualified applicants may be eligible for per diem . You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO).
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven background and expertise in Medium Voltage (MV) Terminations .
Previous 3M Certifications are highly preferred.
Proficiency with MV tool kits and precision stripping/crimping techniques.
Commitment to safety and high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to travel 100% of the time.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a specialist on our team, you will showcase your expertise by working on 35 kV stress cones, T-bodies, and splices . Your day-to-day will focus on critical electrical insulation and stress control tasks. Using specialized medium voltage tool kits, you will be responsible for:
Stripping, cutting, and crimping cables.
Utilizing shear bolts for secure connections.
Installing terminations within specialized electrical equipment, such as inverters.
Ensuring every connection meets rigorous safety and quality standards.
