Solar Panel InstallerKey Responsibilities:Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial rooftopsWork collaboratively with project leads and electricians to complete projectsWorking Conditions:Able to climb ladders and maintain balance on rooftops with various heights, angles, and surfacesAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions to include heat, cold, wet, or humid environmentsAble to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, or basements; requires kneeling, crouching, or crawlingAbility to lift and maneuver 60 pounds frequently and up to 110 pounds with assistanceFrequently use hand functions and fine motor skills, grasping, gripping, twisting, pinching, pulling, and pushingMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED18+ years old of ageValid Driver's License & ability to provide a clean motor vehicle report (MVR)Able to pass pre-employment Drug Screening and Background checkPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of Customer Service experienceBasic knowledge of residential electrical and structural systems; experience of both AC and DC systemsGeneral knowledge of NEC, NABCEP CertificationSolar, Military, Roofing, Electrical, or Construction experience; or Trade School degree in construction/buildingSkills:Ability to Pay Attention to Detail: Some KnowledgeCustomer Service: Some KnowledgeCommunication Skills (Oral & Written): IntermediateBehaviors:Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interestTeam Player: Works well as a member of a groupMotivations:Goal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasksEducation:High School or better.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
