What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in in-home sales
Experience in solar sales is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
Reliable transportation
Leadership qualities and a customer-focused approach
Your Role
Promote and sell solar energy systems to homeowners with a focus on single-family residences
Conduct in-home presentations and close sales
Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and dispel common myths
Work towards closing 5-10 residential solar installations monthly with a conversion rate of 15-25% from qualified leads
Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and expand your customer base
Utilize sales tools like Salesforce to manage leads and track your progress
