Role Description The Solder & Assembly Technician/Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Group role is a full-time, on-site position based in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role is responsible for performing soldering and mechanical assembly of components according to technical drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include using hand tools and power tools to assemble parts, inspecting work for quality and accuracy, and following established production and quality control procedures. The technician will work closely with team members, communicate any issues or defects, and maintain a clean and organized work area. The role may also involve documenting work, assisting with troubleshooting assembly problems, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
Skilled in soldering techniques for electronic or mechanical components.
Experience with mechanical assembly, including interpreting basic drawings or instructions.
Knowledge of quality control practices, inspection methods, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and standardized processes.
Strong manual dexterity, good visual inspection skills, and ability to stand for extended periods.
