Job description
Mechanical & Electrical AssemblerWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Assembler to join our team in Naples, FL. In this role, you will assemble industrial components used in manufacturing and aerospace applications. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with hand tools, electrical components, or precision assemblies.ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, routing, and installation of electrical components.Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assemblies.Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with production leads or engineers as needed.Document assembly steps and report any defects or material shortages.Follow all company quality and safety standards.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in mechanical/electrical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Additional Skills & Qualifications3-4 years of electrical assembly experience.Blueprint reading.Strong work attitude and tenure.Why Work Here?Enjoy an early work schedule with a company that has a global presence in the aerospace and defense industry. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
