Soldering AssemblerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Soldering Assemblers for a leading electronics manufacturer located in Stacy, MN. Read below for more information!Assemble circuit boards and electronic systems using soldering, crimping, and hand toolsInstall components, subassemblies, wiring, and assembly casingsPerform manual assembly of through-hole and surface-mount componentsSolder and fit parts together using adhesives, epoxies, and precision toolsInspect and test assemblies to ensure conformance to specificationsAdjust, repair, or replace defective components as neededRead and follow work instructions, drawings, and verbal directionsMaintain quality standards and support team production goalsMust have a High school diploma or equivalentMust have at least 6 months experience in manufacturing within the last 2 year, preferably in electronic assembly or solderingAbility to follow IPC-A-610 or similar quality standardsMust be able to use small hand tools and operate light machineryMust be able to read work instructions, drawings, and basic measurementsStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for small componentsMust be able to perform detailed work under a microscopeMust be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
