Job description
Micro-Trak Systems, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate and lead daily production activities, ensuring goals are met, processes followed, and safety standards maintained.
You will train associates, review schedules, assign tasks to maximize productivity, monitor quality, resolve production issues, and collaborate with Engineering on ECO and drawing changes, while using the ERP system to track WIP and efficiency.
