Currently hiring for afternoons (2:00pm – 10:30pm).Additionally, the Solder will:Solder wires and other electronic componentsFabricate electrical assembliesFollow manufacturing planning for instructions and inspection requirementsPerform wire cutting, stripping, dressing ends and other simple cable operationsPerform assembly operations or inspection under microscope or other magnifying device as requiredPackage parts her handling requirements, including ESD requirementsVerify dimensions and or performance using standard measuring instruments and HASS equipmentOther job-related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in electrical soldering and wire crimpingAbility to assemble circuit boards and wire harnessesAbility to read and assemble parts from manufacturing planning instructions.Ability to perform detailed work requiring fine motor skillsMust be capable of passing Ishihara Color Blindness (14 plates) and Jaeger Level 1 vision testingCapable of lifting 50 pounds from floor to height of 25 inches, capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, have a grip strength of at least 50 pounds and be able to reach above shoulder 65 inches above floor level (minimum).Responsible for and accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including, as a minimum, all elements defined in the Company's Quality PolicyUS Citizenship requiredPosition requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
