About Our Property
Currently undergoing the most significant transformation in its nearly four-decade history, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is being reimagined through a comprehensive resort-wide renovation set to redefine the guest experience. Updates will introduce redesigned guest rooms and suites, vibrant culinary offerings, destination‑inspired experiences, premium wellness amenities, dynamic social and gathering spaces that encourage guest connection, along with Signia Hilton's warm, anticipatory service. Naples Grande Beach Resort is Set among lush mangrove forests on Florida’s Paradise Coast; Naples Grande Beach Resort is a 474‑room retreat offering direct access to three miles of white sand beach. The iconic resort is currently undergoing a transformative, property‑wide revitalization that will debut in early 2027, ushering in a new era of modern coastal luxury. The comprehensive reimagination will refresh guest accommodations, dining venues, public spaces and select meetings and event offerings while honoring the timeless beauty and the natural surroundings of Naples. The resort features more than 88,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, multiple dining outlets and a full‑service spa, making it a premier destination for leisure travelers, groups and special events.
What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, guest experience, and operational success of Solfina Bar & Terrace. This role oversees all front‑of‑house operations, beverage programming execution, entertainment activations, and team leadership while partnering closely with culinary leadership to deliver an exceptional food and beverage experience. As the face of Solfina, the General Manager is responsible for creating a vibrant social atmosphere, building guest loyalty, developing team members, and driving revenue growth through exceptional hospitality, innovative programming, and operational excellence.
Essential Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop all front‑of‑house team members and leaders.
Foster a culture of hospitality, energy, accountability, and guest engagement.
Recruit, train, coach, and retain high‑performing team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and development planning.
Serve as the visible leader during peak business periods and special events.
Guest Experience & Venue Activation
Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat visitation.
Develop strong relationships with resort guests, local patrons, and VIP clientele.
Oversee service execution and ensure luxury hospitality standards are consistently achieved.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively.
Ensure Solfina delivers memorable experiences during dining, social, and entertainment periods.
Beverage & Entertainment Leadership
Partner with beverage leadership to execute an innovative cocktail, wine, and spirits program.
Drive beverage sales through training, promotions, and guest engagement.
Oversee entertainment programming, live music, themed events, and seasonal activations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to position Solfina as a premier dining and nightlife destination.
Financial Management
Achieve revenue, profitability, labor, and expense targets.
Monitor daily financial performance and operational metrics.
Manage labor productivity and scheduling.
Analyze business trends and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
Operations Management
Oversee all daily dining room, bar, terrace, and lounge operations.
Maintain exceptional cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies.
Coordinate closely with culinary leadership to deliver seamless service experiences.
Ensure all opening, closing, and operational procedures are executed consistently.
Hilton Systems & Technology
Utilize Hilton‑approved systems, reporting tools, reservation platforms, and POS systems.
Monitor guest feedback and operational performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company technology and operational standards.
What are we looking for?
Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant or bar management experience.
Luxury hotel, resort, rooftop, nightlife, or upscale restaurant experience preferred.
Proven experience leading high‑volume beverage‑focused operations.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong food, beverage, wine, and spirits knowledge.
Proven leadership and team development abilities.
Strong financial and operational acumen.
