Job description
Stage 3 Separation, LLC seeks a Solids Control Field Leader to serve as on-site expert, mentoring technicians and driving safe, high-performing operations across multiple rigs in the United States.
You will oversee team performance, enforce HSE standards, and collaborate with Field Leaders and Basin Area Managers to deliver top-tier solids control services for the Operator. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential.
