Translate business needs into solution designs, integration patterns, data models, technical requirements, and actionable delivery plans.

Evaluate solution options and clearly communicate recommendations, risks, costs, constraints, and tradeoffs to business and product stakeholders.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, security teams, and other stakeholders throughout discovery, design, and delivery.

Guide integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, APIs, SQL data sources, and approved third-party applications.

Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, including backlog refinement, design reviews, testing, release readiness, and validation against approved designs.

Establish and promote standards for development, application lifecycle management, source control, documentation, testing, security, and deployment.

Identify architectural, security, data, integration, licensing, and operational risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.

Mentor developers and technical team members through design guidance, troubleshooting, reusable patterns, and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with architects across various teams and the broader enterprise to align solution designs with shared architecture standards, integration patterns, and strategic technology direction.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications:

Requires an Associate Degree in Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience.

A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Business preferred

Extensive technical experience, including recent solution architecture and development experience with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.

Proven experience architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, particularly Sales and/or Customer Service.

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Logic Apps, and related Power Platform capabilities.

Experience designing integrations using Azure services, APIs, SQL databases, and other enterprise data sources.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable tools, source control, application lifecycle management, CI/CD automation, and enterprise deployment practices.
