Job description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer – Data & Analytics Platforms to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. In this role, you'll translate product and business needs into scalable, end-to-end technical solutions that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality data and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business and product requirements into technical solution designs.
Design end-to-end architectures for data ingestion, transformation, analytics, and reporting.
Evaluate solution feasibility, platform readiness, and technical dependencies.
Define scalable architectures using Databricks and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and platform teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Identify technical risks, estimate solution complexity, and recommend delivery approaches.
Support agile delivery by providing architectural guidance and refining solution designs as implementation evolves.
Establish and maintain solution design standards and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience designing data and analytics solutions using Databricks and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
Hands-on knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, and analytics platforms.
Experience translating business requirements into technical architectures.
Understanding of scalable, production-grade data solutions and modern data architecture patterns.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
Knowledge of advanced analytics or data science workflows.
Experience supporting multiple business domains or large-scale data portfolios.
