CTG is seeking to fill a Solution Architect I opening for our client.
Location
Remote (Travel to Buffalo approximately every 4-6 weeks, preferably Sunday through Thursday)
Duration
6 months
Primary Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and compliant Microsoft Azure cloud solutions .
Architect cloud, colocation, and on-premises data center migration solutions.
Develop conceptual, logical, and physical solution architectures.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Agile teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Evaluate technology options, architecture patterns, risks, and tradeoffs.
Support architecture governance, standards, and compliance.
Research and apply emerging technologies and cloud solutions.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of combined education and experience.
Strong Microsoft Azure architecture experience, including application design, connectivity, resiliency, and migration.
Experience with software architecture, application integration, and service engineering .
Experience with multiple programming languages.
Strong technical problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across business, technology, and risk teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in a technical discipline.
Agile experience.
Financial services or banking technology experience.
Cloud or programming certifications.
Experience presenting to enterprise-level audiences.
Eastern or Central time zone preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.06 - $71.76/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
