Job description
Who We Are
Stitch is the global leader in helping brands drive CRM performance through Braze and Databricks. We work with Fortune 1000 brands to design and execute martech-driven solutions and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive meaningful outcomes. Our fast-growing team spans the US, UK, and Canada.
We’re actively building the best customer relationship marketing (CRM) consultancy in the world. Not the biggest—the best. We’re looking for teammates who are energized by this challenge.
The Role
As a Solution Architect specializing in Talon. One, you’ll be Stitch’s go-to expert for designing and implementing Talon. One’s promotion, loyalty, and incentives engine for enterprise brands. You’ll own the work end to end, from technical discovery through Application and campaign architecture, integration design, QA, cutover, and enablement, often leading full migrations off legacy loyalty and promotion platforms. Because Talon. One sits alongside Braze in our clients’ stacks, you’ll also learn Braze and connect incentive logic to personalized messaging across every channel.
Who You Are
You’re a hands-on Talon. One builder who is just as comfortable in the Rule Builder and API docs as you are leading a client workshop. You think in real-time sessions, events, and effects, and you can turn a marketer’s promotion idea into clean, scalable logic. You’re curious, you bring a strong point of view on best practices, and you love teaching clients and teammates how to run their programs with confidence.
What You’ll Do
Lead requirements gathering and solution design to translate client use cases into Talon. One Applications, campaigns, and rule logic
Lead full Talon. One deployments, including Application and environment setup, custom attributes and effects, Rule Builder conditions, and campaign templates
Design and launch programs across the full Talon. One toolkit: coupons, discounts, referrals, bundles, giveaways, achievements, and multi-tier loyalty
Design integration blueprints that connect the Talon. One Integration and Management APIs with mobile apps, POS systems, eCommerce platforms, Braze, CDPs, data warehouses, and authentication providers
Architect real-time customer session and event flows so effects are evaluated and returned accurately across every channel
Configure Talon. One webhooks and outbound integrations to power personalized Braze messaging, like points balances, tier changes, and coupon delivery
Audit existing Talon. One and legacy loyalty setups and recommend optimizations, including campaign budgets, prioritization, and stacking rules
Conduct QA and manage the cutover from incumbent platforms to fully operational Talon. One logic
Partner with client developers to guide integration builds, review SDK implementations, and unlock new Talon. One use cases
Complete Talon. One enablement to support marketing campaigns and migrations from legacy platforms
Lead documentation and training, and produce artifacts like deployment blueprints, data catalogs, and attribute maps
Support change management by advising on new roles, writing job descriptions, and helping interview candidates
Collaborate with Stitch Business Strategists, PMs, and Lead Architects to deliver client migrations smoothly
Serve as Stitch’s internal Talon. One subject matter expert through enablement, solution write-ups, and office hours
Travel occasionally, up to 20%, to client sites for strategic working sessions
What Success Looks Like
Clients trust you as their Talon. One expert and leave every engagement confident running their promotions and loyalty programs independently
Talon. One programs you design go live on time, perform reliably in real time, and are easy for marketers to manage
Legacy loyalty and promotion platforms are retired cleanly, with thorough QA and a smooth cutover
Talon. One and Braze work together seamlessly, so incentives show up in personalized messaging across every channel
You consistently meet deadlines and quarterly billable targets while balancing multiple clients
Other Stitchers level up on Talon. One because of the enablement, write-ups, and ideas you share
Requirements
What You Bring
Deep hands-on experience configuring Talon. One Applications, campaigns, Rule Builder conditions and effects, custom attributes, and loyalty programs in complex enterprise ecosystems
Strong working knowledge of the Talon. One Integration and Management APIs, SDKs, and webhooks
Strong system integration skills (REST APIs, SDKs, JSON, webhooks), with experience connecting Talon. One to Braze, commerce platforms, POS systems, CDPs, and data warehouses
Proven ability to design and implement scalable, real-time customer session and event workflows
Experience migrating clients from legacy loyalty or promotion platforms, including QA and cutover planning
Excellent strategic and technical thinking, with the ability to design holistic solutions that align with client objectives
How You Consult
You build trust by getting to know your clients and their goals, then clearly communicating solutions, including proofs of concept and coding/scripting examples where helpful
You bring a strong point of view on promotion and loyalty best practices, and you translate it into practical Talon. One recommendations
You lead discovery and solution design sessions with confidence, inspiring trust while managing expectations
You approach unfamiliar problems and technologies with curiosity and enthusiasm
You show up prepared and responsive across every touchpoint (Slack, email, Zoom, or in person) and work with a sense of urgency
