Job description
Agile Frameworks® provides comprehensive software-as-a-service solutions that integrate corporate, field, and lab data for business process automation across architecture and engineering disciplines. We transform workflows, create high-value data, and deliver outputs our customers can trust resulting in industry-leading productivity and profitability.
The Solution Consultant (SC) is the trusted advisor to Agile Frameworks customers implementing MetaField. The SC leads consultative discovery into each customer’s business and workflow, then advises the customer to the MetaField Way — our best-practice approach to running MetaField — guiding stakeholders through the decisions and change management that drive adoption.
This is a full-time (40 hours) exempt remote position working from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. If located MN, this is a hybrid position working in our Bloomington, MN office Tuesday through Thursday from 10am-3pm and remotely the remainder of the week.
Compensation
Base Salary range for this position is $93,267 - $115,000. This range reflects the base salary for this position. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor on implementation, project, and change management, running consultative discovery and workflow analysis to uncover what customers need for both short- and long-term success, then advise them to the MetaField Way
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders — business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors — guiding them through status, risks, and tradeoffs
Lead multiple concurrent customer implementations, negotiating competing priorities and recommending the path that best serves the customer's outcome
Configure MetaField to the MetaField Way — adapting to the workflow uncovered in discovery and documenting any deviation and its rationale, and own data mapping, migration, and validation through to a verified cutover
Build and maintain the implementation plan — scope, timeline, milestones, and effort estimates — and support Sales with scoping and statements of work
Identify improvement and expansion opportunities across new and existing customers, and recommend the path forward
Lead calls and remote working sessions that move customers from open question to decision, teaching complex topics in terms each audience understands
Own customer MetaField questions end to end — assessing impact, severity, and urgency, then guiding customers to a solution
Deliver end-user and administrator training, lead user acceptance testing, and support customers through go-live and the stabilization period that follows
Measure adoption against the success criteria set in discovery and transition the account to Customer Success and Support with a complete handoff
Own escalated implementation risks and issues through to resolution, coordinating internal resources and keeping stakeholders informed
Document customer activity, testing, and research so the team keeps a reliable account history
Serve as subject matter expert in product discovery and industry research — bringing customer insight and market trends back to the products team, and validating deliverables and priorities on customers' behalf through requirements interviews and functional testing
Contribute to reusable implementation assets — templates, playbooks, and configuration standards that codify the MetaField Way — so delivery quality scales as the team grows
Travel to customer sites as needed for discovery workshops, training, and go-live support
