Job description
Four Oaks Family And Childrens Services in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking an Experienced Solution Focused Meeting Facilitator. This full-time role coordinates and facilitates solution-focused meetings to help families achieve self-sufficiency in child-welfare cases.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and preferably a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field, with experience in child welfare. Training in SBC, SFM, and YTDM is provided where needed.
