Solution Production TechnicianCFS Technologies is a family of industry-leading brands dedicated to advancing hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency across a wide range of industries. Through our brands, Lafferty, Knight, and Meritech, we provide innovative dispensing, application, and hand hygiene solutions trusted by customers around the world.We're looking for a team-oriented individual to join us as a Solution Production Technician. In this role, you'll work closely with our Solution Production Team to prep materials, blend liquid solutions, manufacture assemblies for our solution products, and package our proprietary hygiene solutions. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that plays a critical role in maintaining the high-quality standards behind our industry-leading hygiene technologies.Who You Are What We Offer This role would be a great fit if you enjoy:Prepping materials and blending liquid solutions.Manufacturing assemblies for solution products.Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, pumps, and automated bottling, labeling, or mixing systems.Working efficiently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment alongside a collaborative team.What We Offer Job RequirementsAs a Meritech team member, you'll receive:Starting pay rate at $20.00 - $22.00/hour, plus monthly bonus program, payroll every other Thursday.A comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and 401(k) with company contributions.3 weeks annually of paid-time-off and sick leave accrual, with increases based on tenure.Paid company holidays.Job RequirementsWe're looking for someone who is:Experienced in liquid/chemical blending & bottling (2 years).Comfortable and effective working in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong basic skills in reading, writing, and math (high school diploma or GED equivalent).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software for completing logs and records.Highly detail-oriented, consistent, and quality-focused.Communicates proactively and clearly with team members and supervisors.Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.Goal-oriented, with strong time management skills to meet deadlines.Flexible and willing to work overtime or occasional weekends as needed.Able to regularly perform physical tasks required in the role, with or without accommodations:Frequently: Prolonged periods standing and moving about to perform repetitive tasks.Frequently: Manually perform repetitive tasks that require gripping, holding, moving, pulling, and lifting various mixing, packaging and bottling materials with both hands.Frequently: Utilize hands tools, including, but not limited to wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, drivers, drills, hand saws.Frequently: Visually differentiate between multi-colored hoses, labels, bottles, boxes, and solution types.Frequently: Bend, lean, and crouch to inspect & maintain equipment.Frequently: Lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Frequently: Climb flight of stairs to access blending tank.CFS Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
