Job description
This is not a traditional architecture role sitting three layers removed from the build. Your job is to own the technical design end-to-end — translate business Outcomes into a Dataverse/D365 architecture that actually holds up and stay close enough to the build to catch problems before they become rework.
You'll lead the design of the data model, integration strategy, and security architecture for engagements that matter. You'll partner with Engagement Managers to make sure what gets scoped is what can actually get built — and built well. You'll architect where AI/agentic components belong in a solution, not as an afterthought but as part of the core design. You'll set technical standards, review configuration and code, and be the person the delivery team turns to when something doesn't add up.
6-8 years of solution architecture experience, with deep D365/Dataverse expertise across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Power Platform. Proven experience designing integrations, data models, and security models for complex, regulated, or high-scale environments. Practical fluency with AI/agent frameworks — Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or equivalent.
