Job description
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Solutions Architect for Employee Health and Benefits to act as the strategic bridge between sales, client services, and experts. You will ensure tailored solutions meet client needs and help secure new business in a competitive market.
You will leverage expertise in employee benefit plans, HIPAA/ERISA compliance, and relationship management to support renewals and expansions, while collaborating across MMA’s resources and teams.
